Remove the spare wheel and tire.

: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands. Raise and support the vehicle.

Remove the evaporative emissions canister.   Remove the 2 bolts.   Disconnect the 3 lines.   Disconnect the electrical connector.

:   Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only. NAS vehicles: Remove the fuel tank leakage detection module.   Remove the 3 screws.

NAS vehicles: Install the fuel tank leakage detection module.   Install the screws.

.

Install the evaporative emissions canister.   Connect the electrical connector.   Connect the lines.   Tighten the bolts to 23 Nm (17 lb.ft).

Install the spare wheel and tire.
